Peruvian Gastronomy to start April 13 in Paris
Peruvian gastronomy will have a great opportunity in France this month; to conquer more than 1,000 Parisians during the Fortnight of Peruvian Gastronomy, to take place at the Les Ombres restaurant, located in the Quai Branly Museum.
Chef Lourdes Centty, from El Picaflor restaurant, told El Comercio.
Centty explained that, despite the current boom of Peruvian gastronomy, Europe does not know much of it yet, so “we can't miss this chance to make them discover our flavors.” Click on HERE for more info..
